So in English when we say that something is going to happen "any minute now" it means that we think it's going to happen soon. So a good example of this would be maybe you and a friend are at a concert and you, you went to the concert to see a band play their music and you're sitting in the audience and the band has not yet come on stage. So you're waiting for the band to come on stage. You could say to your friend, "I'm sure they'll come on stage any minute now." Another good example of this can be maybe you're sitting on an airplane and you're waiting for the airplane to take off. You could say to the person beside you, "I think the plane is going to take off any minute now.", while you're waiting there on the runway for the plane to take off. So in English when we say "any minute now" we mean soon.
